• rely on E-mailing. We tend to use one central address, which is then forwarded to the appropriate project or department, based on the content you provide in the Subject Line or Subject Box.

Telephone:  (949) 429-7063  - Out of the United States, please add the codes required by your phone services to dial a U.S. telephone number.

• To remain member cost-efficient, we do not staff our telephone lines 24/7, opting to use the incoming phone service as a Voice-Mail Depository. We do return all phone messages, unless an email reply is more efficient. Much to the delight of our callers, we do not use a phone maze or selected codes to reach different departments.

We appreciate the frustration created by not reaching a “live” person on the telephone for an instant response or solution to your inquiry. We do our best to provide fast responses and request you provide enough information in your message to permit us to provide answers in our first reply to you. Remember- Our first response attempt is primarily by email.

Fax: (949-429-7083) – Our Fax is ready to accept calls 24/7. It receives all messages in a secured office and is not viewable to any persons other than TDGA personnel. 

E-Fax number is (509) – 471-5765  - We also maintain an E-Fax linkage if you need to reach us while on location or when TDGA is traveling. These are automatically forwarded to our TDGA email service.

By Mail – When the best course of action is the Unites State Postal Service, Fed-Ex, UPS or other couriers, here is the only address to use: Please be certain to include the Building 114 address line to insure prompt and proper delivery.
